Second Skin Dynamic Hand Splints can be prescribed for adults with arthritic conditions such as osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.
Dynamic Hand Splints are designed to provide support, whilst still allowing functional hand use. Our hand splints are designed to assist with pain and oedema management, joint protection where appropriate and improved working and resting posture. Individual design and prescription is the key to our success. All splints are prescribed to allow maximum independence in splint application and may include soft leather through the palm and thumb areas to assist with grasp.
