With the COVID situation largely under control in Australia and with significantly reduced numbers in the UK, it is lovely to see more and more clients in a face-to-face environment again. The pandemic has created challenging circumstances for everyone, but one positive for us was the rolling out of our comprehensive telehealth service.
During the pandemic this has allowed us to continue doing what we do best, servicing our clients near and far for neurological splints and compression garments. Our telehealth service supports practitioners, clients, carers and families by providing garment measuring, prescription and fitting.
The client outcomes during this time speak for themselves, with our fit success rate in line with our pre pandemic outcomes. We have also had services reach out to us that may not have had access to our clinics before, requesting ongoing telehealth due to ease and speed of access. This has proved how vital telehealth is to our service going forward and we are incredibly proud to offer our clients this greater choice.
