We are pleased to introduce our newest members to the Second Skin team.
Bronwyn Hill joins our Brisbane team as our Therapy Assistant. Bronwyn has a Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree from Charles Sturt University and worked at Alice Springs Hospital before moving into private practice with a focus on musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
Bronwyn grew up in South Africa and has enjoyed exploring Australia and living and working in different places and has particularly enjoyed working in regional and rural communities.
I love working with people and I am excited to be part of the team at Second Skin where I can broaden my skills and play a part in making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
Outside of work Bronwyn enjoys running, yoga, indoor rock climbing, cooking, listening to country music and reading a good book.

Ayan Omar joins us a Therapist Assistant based in our London office.
Ayan has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and brings with her a set of valuable skills from her previous experience working with children with special educational needs.
I’m eager to get hands on experience with clients and learn more about how to provide the best support and assistance. I’m also excited to see how this role can help me grow professionally.
Away for the office Ayan likes reading, baking, going to the gym and playing badminton.
Leah Martinez also joins as a Therapist Assistant, within our Melbourne based clinical team.
Leah is currently studying a Bachelor of Engineering/Arts degree majoring in Mechanical/Medical Engineering and Bioethics. Her main studies are within the field of assistive technology and medical devices.
At the moment I am working with a team of clinicians and other students to develop a totally artificial heart.
During her free time Leah loves swimming, kickboxing and playing the guitar.

We would also like to introduce our Dublin based physiotherapist Anel Van Heerden. Anel will be working closely with our UK team to service our Irish clients and will be available to see clients every Wednesday.
Anel has recently moved to Dublin from South Africa and has a broad range of skills in musculoskeletal and neurological management. Anel’s approach is goal driven and she strives to achieve the highest functional outcome for all her clients.
In her downtime Anel enjoys taking walks, dancing and reading.
I like cooking and I’m always trying something new. Outside the clinic you will find me in a nice café or coffeeshop.

Welcome to the team Bronwyn, Ayan, Leah and Anel, great to have you on board.
