Bilateral Arm Retainer Splints are designed to bring both arms together towards the midline, for safety in transfers and transport. 
They are designed for clients whose tonal involvement or involuntary movement place their limbs at risk of accidental injury during key activities. 

Bilateral Arm Retainer Splints are also prescribed for clients where improved bilateral arm posturing towards the midline will allow easier access to switching for play and communication. These splints allow ease of handling by family and carers in key daily activities.
